Their staff needs to be trained more ethically and commercially. During recent visit of my family, one of the cashier was delaying the bill and when my brother asked him for this delay, he replied with an absurd answer rather apologizing for this delay. Also prices for different items seemed more to us. We may not visit it again as this was our second bad visit for this place.
Starting from parking only 10 parking slots are available. Further number of staff is very limited. There are two check out counters. Average shelf filling. Price of all items are not clearly mentioned on racks. Merchandise verity is limited although all the daily necessities and groceries are available. An average departmental store. Only good thing is timing which is round the clock open.
I don't know what is the problem with their air conditioning system unlike other stores of such types ensure cooling mechanism they always disappointed me. Though they claim that they are offering discounts on plenty of items but I always disappoint from their discount policy. They are way expensive then their competitors like Raheem Store and Al Fatah.
They are trying to be competitive tp Rahim Store, but they are far away to reach that.
It is a well maintained local market and it had all the last minute shopping items for the end of the day.
