One of its kind, no doubt about it. However, their main focus is now restuarants, and quite expensive if you compare it with what is available otherwise. All the stuff is just lying around haphazardly, and most things are available in a quantity of less than 3, looking more like samples, than actual stuff for sale. And ot also doesn't seem like they'd be interested in small orders either. So it is only worth a vist if you're just looking for a nice cup, or a serving dish or bowl that is just unique, otherwise, don't waste your time.

Must visit in the capital: fun ceramic tablewares at Clayworks! From handpainted, textured and artistically glazed tea sets, platters, dinner sets to holders and decoration pieces, this place is a visual delight for the aesthete! Don’t frown at the prices and support local craft! But they need to make it more organized.

Overpriced. They'll leave you unattended. Slow service. I used to like this place, hard to say but not anymore.

Stacks of pottery full of the place. If you like a particular design you can custom make

Went in enthusiastically but came out disappointed. The mass produced pieces were highly priced

Too much over hyped. For them customer doesn't matter. Had to wait atleast 30 mins before I get to know that we have to ring a bell while standing in shop to call someone from next door

I visited clayworks especially to get hand and foot imprints for my daughter’s first birthday. I asked on instagram if I can visit the store to get the imprints done to which they said ‘yes you can’ without telling me that an appointment is needed. I took a day off from work and especially took my daughter. I arrived at an empty store with no attendant. After waiting about 10 mins we called out and an attendant came out. We told them what we wanted and she went back in. After waiting 20 mins with a restless baby (which an 11 month old tends to get fairly quickly), we called out to the attendant again but she was hiding inside the room. We gave multiple bells and called out over and over again for almost 30 mins but no one came out. We were happy to wait as long as it took but no one was willing to update us on the status. We kept waiting. Gave multiple bells again but still we stood in an empty store while the attendants were hiding in the room (I guess they were not prepared or didn’t have the knowledge on how to do the imprints). Terrible experience. Will definitely not be going back there. Complete waste of time.
