i have ordered an auto incubator of 96 eggs from birds plannet yesterday which one i ordered is in dual power supply 12 volt and also 220 volt... but they shipped me only with one power supply which is 220 volt. i m very disappointed.. now i open return form from website and looking forward. also informed by whatsapp, and on call.. Next day i went to the shop i give it back to the shopkeeper and thy refund to me.
