I stayed there for 16 days to be quarantined, was planning to stay for few more weeks but I had to check out early. The apartments are overly priced. Their bathrooms stinks. They have infestation issue everywhere. Their internet was very poor initially. There is no power backup and there is no sense of security. They don’t have any gate or security access. There is no regular clean up, you have to request. Cleaning service is minimal. They promise you to serve hot breakfast every morning but instead I got few raw ingredients to help myself. It is utterly shameful and very disappointing experience. No doubt the apartment was nice but it was poorly maintained and services were pathetic. I would never stay there again.

Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Living area very comfortable with all accessories.Kitchen properly equipped.Staff very professional and cordial.Super store,Fitness Centre,Bank and saloon are added facilities.
Great place to stay. Overall very friendly and helpful staff. Had a wonderful time.

I came on a business visit from Melbourne and first time found proper serviced apartments in Lahore.Very friendly staff. I found place was professionally clean and organised.
Crystal lodge location is amazing infront of iefal tower ,the most visited place of bahria town in addition to it ,the rooms are bery clean and staff is very cooperative .and one can stay with family with all luxuries
