I can't believe how these people got 5 start reviews on Google with their irresponsible behavior may be they were good back then or may be these reviews are not real. I am saying this because I have the worst experience dealing with this company. Its been 15 days and haven't received and sms log report and non of the person game me proper response. Mr usama a sales representative from the company contacted me daily for the payment when we agree to start the sms campaign but after the payment he started ignoring me and the campaign didn't started on the next day. I waited 2 days and then called him and he responded I am busy. After sending a sms about his behavior, he responded our office is sealed due to corona. After few hours we talked over the phone and I told him to refund the payment and we will do business again when your office is properly functional. But after some time i receive a sms that say "Your campaign is started" and next day I receive a call that 10,000 sms has been sent and when I asked her about the details she said technical team but I receive no call and Mr. usman ignored me completely. Then I tried to contact support but no one picked so I contacted senior support and Mohammad Farooq responded I explained everything to him and he said our office timing is over I will contact you tomorrow. And their tomorrow didn't come. Now I think my marketing campaign have not started at all they just tricked me to get the payment and played me. If they are working as a proper company I believe customer satisfaction is their least priority or may be it has no priority at all. I have also attached a chat proof with Mr. usama.
