The good thing about here is the air, the sari-sari stores, and the 24/7 eatery - Jeru's. The place is overcrowded, mainly because it's the only place that is affordable in Nuvali (aside from condos). I said it, it's affordable but the place is too small for the price.
Visiting VCOOL Barbershop
It’s a semi-subdivision and a small barangay. I lived there twice in 2014 and 2016. I just walk from Mesa Homes going to work at Nuvali Park. I miss that small place called my-second-home.
Paradise for working class in Nuvali. Affordable rooms for rent, food and transportation available 24/7.
Food suppliers provide cheap food; neighborhood is very provincial and warm. Beware of kids jumping onto incoming cars.
