I had an awesome stay at the Vila Catarina. It was my third time that I stayed at the Camp and I will definitely come back again. The people are super nice and friendly and they help you with everything. The communication is great and if you want to rearrange something they make it work. The surf teaching is great, too. The teachers explain everything and are with you in the water so you get a good feedback immediately and you can improve your surfing. The food at the camp is amazing. After a day of surfing there is always fresh cooked and super delicious food. I had an awesome time and I am already looking forward to my next stay :)

Me and my girlfriend had a great time with these guys, we had a surf lesson with Fabian where professionally explained the best methodologies to get fun with the board and the safety measures in case of issue. We were really keen about the experience, it was really a great day.
I've had an amazing holiday again! Just ended my second holiday at Vila Catarina. Totally in love with surfing, because of the amazing surfcoaches. I am really satisfied with my progress this summer (green wave surfer). The vibe during the surfsessions is really positive and humourous but very professional. TSE searches for the best spots that fits with all the different levels, so sometimes they split the group to satisfy everyone. The Vila is amazing and the crew is always smiling and very kind. Every morning they welcome you with their nicest smile and a little chit chat. They also fulfilled all my special requests. I am really thankful for the amazing time with the TSE-family! Coming back soon
I want to go back ! We had a great time. It was my first time surfing and I loved it. 7 days in the villa. Nice location, food was great, teachers very professional. Oldest and most experienced surf school in the area. As a beginner, i had the best time of my life there and the only thing keeping me from booking more lessons was my old and fragile body.
I was supposed to stay in Lagos for several days but end up staying for 10 days and mostly because i gad so much fun with TSE! I booked 5 days via Jah Shakah Surf Shol and every time, the communication was excellent. I would get picked up at exact time in Lagos. I had a possibility to discover other beaches that i could have not otherwise. The instructors were very professional and fun, gave good advises, and I would always get my vegetarian sandwich. I highly recommend TSE and hopefully I wi be back soon.
We stayed 1 week in one of the vale do mare apartments and 2 week in the vila catarina. Both accommodations are amazing and i must say the vila catarina is the most beautiful surfcamp i have ever stayed over the last 10 years. Its architecture, history and surrounding are just a perfect fit. Together with tabletennis, slackline, surfskates, pool and custom shaped surfboards, yoga, sauna, ... you will want to call it your home. The coaches are well trained and always bring/guide you to/at the beach with the best conditions. Staff and coaches are super friendly, always there when you need them and even the Camp-Manager Urs brings in his lifelong passion of surfing with theory lessons, daily visits and a great charisma. Special props for Alex, best coach ever! Only downside for some: I think the audience ist often german speaking. But even than, stick to the coaches and you will still get your non-german-speaking-holiday-flair :)
