Don’t just book by its cover! Place with simple interior but fantastic food. Extremely friendly, tasty, authentic Portugese restaurant. We have enjoyed it a lot! Highly recommend!

Price quality ratio is absolutely 5 stars. The octopus salad, the clams, the fried shrimps are to die for. And the grilled fish fresh from the same morning. Yum

Super fresh and tasty fish. The fast and polite service! I recommend for those who want to avoid the tourists traps. It is on the way to Meia Praia. One unpleasant point: in it next to the marina, so the sometimes the smell about the restaurant is not pleasant, but inside it is not present.

Good food. Not the best service compared to other restaurants in Lagos (paid nearly the same price). Busy in certain hours, better to book before you go if you don't want to queue outside. No card payments.

Fish is great. Service is great. The meat is not good. Come here for good fish but don't ask for meat! Great prices also

Great Smokey Fish, Fantastic Friendly Service, Cash-Only I got the mackerel and my wife got the sea bass. The fish were bone-in but delicious. We would both order them again. Their specialty is charcoal grill and they do know how to do it. In the summer there is always a waiting line late into the evening. The fried shrimp appetizers was a bit over cooked and dry, and with full skin. Their outside seating is not quite outside, but we think that it is good enough. We plan to be back

This restaurant is well off the beaten track and surprisingly busy. The interior is modest at best and could of done with some modernising. Lots of locals here which is a good sign. The seafood was fresh and simple. It was only grilled with nothing added. Nice and healthy. I particularly enjoyed the squid as a main. The one negative point which I found irritating and illogical is they serve all the side dishes in one plate. For example if you order 2 salads or 2 potatoes for two separate guests it will be served in one bowl. Why would you do that? The service was average. I spoke to the owner. He was friendly, welcoming and took my feedback as positive criticism about plating sides. I recommend this restaurant if you like seafood and are after something healthy.

Nice quiet place next to the railway station in Lagos, food on rustic style, plenty of fish, worth a visit
