Great place for lunch. Good choice for lunch menu at 8 euro per person. Last orders for lunch at 2.15pm Avise getting their just before 1PM. Good service a little slow but pleasant, polite and smiley.
Quite rude! Wanted to send a small package home and the two clerks acted like it was a huge annoyance. Wouldn't help me at all. Not a good impression.
No assistance and when I made it to the counter a grudging acceptance of my need to be helped. The people seeking assistance that were local apparently weren't in any hurry to get their errands done and go. Damn us foreigners spending our money and interfering in a well earned unproductive day!

Needed to buy an envelope, small parcel and a stamp after waiting for ten minutes I was told by the lady who's desk I was sent to buy the number system that she could not help me because I wasn't opening an account there (for all she knew I was). Left and got the things I needed from Continente
I had a gift package delivered from USA to Lagos. It arrived in Lisbon on Jan 21st, I was in Lisbon that day so i went to this location to check if i can pick my parcel. I went to the office and was told that the parcel has just arrived and i cant pick it today after being told that i have to fill this custom form and mail it to the them after I receive a letter in the mail. I contacted the CTT through their website and was sent a black form to fill it up, after 4 back and forth they told me they have the completed form but never gave me info on how long it will take before they can deliver my parcel. Over 3 weeks i emailed them couple of times with no definite answer, i was being told they are backed up and its going to take some time to process my parcel. I told them i will be leaving Portugal in a week as my visa is expiring. After no definitive response i decided to take a 4 hr bus to Lisbon to check on the status again, and with printed receipt of the items in the parcel and the form i sent them 3 weeks ago the guy brings my parcel to my surprise without asking much. I had tears in my eyes as i have been waiting on this parcel for many days from my parents. If you are getting a package delivered to Portugal be prepared to make a trip to the Lisbon CTT Customs delegation Parcel Post office to pick it up as they wont deliver it to Lagos. Make sure you print the receipts of the items you are getting delivered as they will ask for it. The employees in Lagos office couldn’t provide any information other than that I will be receiving the form in mail to fill up for customs. Even after picking up my package 2 mths ago, the CTT case employee still sends me email that my paperwork isn’t enough to get my package delivered from Lisbon. Avoid getting anything delivered if possible.
Came here on a Monday. Have to disagree with the reviews. Was helped within 10 minutes, the man behind the counter was very nice and helpful.
