8 lanes, 25 m, for swimming and a big, warmer, pool for relaxing. The later has 2 jetstreams and a big jacuzzi-area. A fully equipped gym in another part of the building. Good lockerrooms and plenty of showers. Both with, or without doors. They have several classes. If you are disabled you can go in one of the pools by wheelchair. The only thing I miss is a sauna.
The staff at Lagos Em Forma are very helpful..I slipped in the change room and bumped my head hard..Fabio and a lady who assisted me were so kind and concerned..helped me get over the shock of landing like a bag of batatas! And the reception staff are great too. I have twice lost an item there and both times retrieved it from their safekeeping..properly recorded and numbered..wow! I love working out on my own in the water and no one ever interferes with me except to say hallo! Battle to get my tootch there but when I do I am pleased that I am there..feels good.
