I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that I worked for you for one complete month and you have insisted on not paying me despite all my pleadings. All the time I worked for you (before you decided to replace me without reason), I never stole from you, I never disrespcted you, I never lied to you, none of your clients ever complained about me, I worked for you devotedly, always punctual and efficient at my task. You were rarely on seat to monitor me but I never took advantage of that to slack in my duties. I have pleaded countless times to you to pay me and yet you have turned deaf ears to my pleas. I worked for that salary you are withholding. I really hoped on that salary to survive the lockdown period in Lagos. I pleaded with you countless times that I really need my pay to survive and feed during the total lockdown, yet you were not moved. Admist the lockdown, I had to borrow money to transport myself back home to the east ( a debt I'm yet to settle) cos I had no means of survival because you refused to pay me. I remember pleading with you when the "work from home" policy began, you blatantly refused and insisted that I keep coming to work. Then after exposing myself and taking the risk to be at work admist the pandemic, you refused to pay me. And now you replaced me, why? Because I asked you to pay me. That is so unfair. It's totally not right . I gave my best for your company You set up a charity group, sharing palliatives during the pandemic while owing your staff
