If you are looking for good customer service for any complaints or enquiry please don't visit this branch as their customer service here is poor (my experience not once not twice). They are effective for cash transactions but not customer service in my opinion. Need I mention that I am a customer who has visited other branches?

had a good service from the customer care representative here, large and conductive banking hall too. The ATM machine here also dispenses cash flawlessly without much wait, it equally dispenses in N500 notes.
