Absolutely everything negative! They closed the Nobel Lagos school only 5 days before our son started it, cause of virus. ok. But we did pay 1200 including yearly fee, and they still do not want to refund us, like they told us in April! They are telling us that the yearly fee is not refundable! of course it is not if we decide to stop the school, but they stopped it, and we still have to pay for this fee. They are asking for 386 for 5 days of school!!! Of course, they used our 1200 during 6 months, but they still did not refund us anythuing. Beside that, during all this pandemic situation, we did not receive any email, documents to help us during this tragic situation. Our son spent 6 months without any social contact. When all school here reopened in may/June, Nobel still closed! And the best: They announce to all parents mid of August, that the school is closing now and will not re open the next month! Unbelievable! all this for 6000 per year. So unprofessional, and not honest at all!

Our grandson is a pupil at Nobel in Year 4, his second year at the school. He is very happy there and looks forward to going to school each day. There is a super International mix of pupils and he has friends of several nationalities. We are often visitors at the school and we are made to feel most welcome, both by the staff and other parents. There are lots of interesting after school activities, and cricket and rugby have recently been introduced. There is also the opportunity to enjoy music, and our grandson has started to learn to play guitar - he and three of his little friends even formed a small group (The Sausage Dragons!) and performed both at the Christmas Fair and a South African style Barnyard evening, where we were entertained by pupils of all ages. Lovely to see such confident young people. We have also been delighted with our grandson's teacher, who has a wonderful relationship with her pupils, and we have been pleased to see noticeable improvement in his work. We are very happy to be part of this community.

The nobel international school is the best school in algarve Teachers in School are excellent. They teach in a very polite and straightforward manner. They treat children like their own. I love my school

My son has been attending the Nobel School for the past five years. He started in Reception and is now in Year 4. He has been very happy during his time here from the Pre-school through to the Primary Department. The teachers he has had so far have been great, very caring and the door is always open if you need to discuss anything. His current teacher is exceptional. There is a big choice of after school activities ranging from various sports, music and dance. The facilites here are extensive, with IT Rooms, science labs, a library and sports grounds. I love that my son has made friends from so many different countries in this International environment and he is happy to go to school each day which to me, means everything.

I used to go to this school. I enjoyed it thoroughly and I must say that the teacher's there are the most inspirational. When I was learning history there, I was able to come home and talk about EVERYTHING I've learnt during the day hours on end... my parents must have gotten sick and tired of my voice...

This was one of the very worst experiences I have ever had to endure. There was no proper teaching ( especially to students not accustomed to the GCSE _ A Level system ) No boarding security . Kids were allowed to roam around with cell phones. No accountability in the way they kept their rooms. Catering was so bad that the community of parents had to insist that they change catering companies. They never did. The School Insisted that it had a bonafide sports program which was a blatant lie . Zero sports . This school was once a very highly respected school but over the last 5 years it went on a steep decline . Now they tell you what you want to hear and taking your money . Campus and facilities were great but it means nothing if the students are not looked after , if there is no discipline , safety and no outlet for kids to burn off some energy in sports and they had beautiful grounds . Makes no sense. Its a total fraud and insultingly expensive which makes it even worse. I'm shocked at the amount of 5 stars in this review section. DO NOT BELIEVE IT . Don't let the campus fool you .
