Took my 5 year old to have an eye test. Nice and clean environment, professional, punctual and dedicated staff. The test by the optometrist was thorough, and done patiently and professionally. No overcrowding like in other high street opticians. I will be booking myself and my husband in for an eye test too. I have been looking for a really nice independent optician and finally I've found it. I highly recommend.

Jay is a superb optometrist who has gone the extra mile to take care of my mother in law who has been suffering with serious health issues. We required her eye pressures measuring but she has lost mobility through illness. Jay without hesitation was kind enough to visit her at her home to ensure this test was done. I am grateful to him for his kindness and expertise. The practice is a warm and friendly environment and the staff are always happy to help. I have no hesitation in recommending Lad and Turner. They thoroughly deserve the 5* I have given them.
I have had my spectacles from Lad and Turner for many years and each time attention to detail is key. They have expanded the choice of frames over the years and today can boast a range of eyeglasses as good as any at very keen prices.
Myself and my family received the best possible service at Lad and Turner. Pete and Jay make a great team. Nothing is too much trouble. A great deal of care and attention is given on every visit. Highly recommend them
