I bought a laptop. When I took it home and tried it, it had been used. I later found out that it was the store's demo laptop. They put it away because of Covid (which is understandable) , but it doesn't excuse incompetence. After all that I went through (verrry long walk to the bank, the walk in general, finding the laptop to be unusable), the \associate\ told me to bring it in. Bring it in, for what? They have no technician. Plus I'd have to walk in the rain. If i could give lower than 1 Star I would!!!!!

Very good service. My wife got her phone activated here and I purchased an adapter. Very happy with staff and products.
I was assisted by the manager, I believe her name is Breanna. What an absolute treasure for the company to have as an employee. Top notch customer service and an outgoing personality is a winning combination. I will definitely be returning to the lacombe location of the Source!
I’m always happy with my purchases here. The Source is underrated and it’s not uncommon to get things cheaper here compared to other places. It’s not an overly big store but I always seem to find what I’m looking for!
The head manager is very knowledgeable and friendly. I always wait till she's in just to see a smiling face
