Hidden fees, flat out lies, unreliable service and poorly built crates. Hired vinpac lines for a shipment to Europe. They were three weeks late, the crate they built arrived to the wrong shipping agent, and it was falling apart. There was damage to the merchandise and try getting someone to take responsibility. All the agents involved keep blaming each other. They probably all share in the responsibility but if the crate was properly built in the first place this would not have happened, right? Vinpac even charged more than what they first promised. Next time we'll build our own crate and swim across the ocean with it rather than hire Vinpax again. Their website says they never lost a client. Well, time to change the website cause they just lost a client.
