I recently bought a Sager laptop from Reflex Notebook and received excellent service. Questions I had regarding possible options for the build were promptly answered. I highly recommend the Reflex Notebook Warranty as when I had a (rare) issue, I was able to rely on Paul from Reflex Notebook to deal with all of the communication with Sager, making it an easy process. Sager laptops are excellent and anyone in Canada looking to purchase one should do so through Reflex Notebook.
