I've been a solo driver here for the past 8 months. I've been a solo driver for Tranwest for 8-9 years before that. I'm really happy I made the move. Everyone is sooo friendly. Pay is good, usually the next day from arrival. Custom's release is very fast, only 45 min. last trip. Scale and trailer snow removal unit on location. My solo runs are Tx, Fl, Oh, Il, Nc so far. The only thing I don't like is that the waiting time is not paid and layovers are paid from the second day for solo drivers, although 1st day for teams. It hurts but the rest of the company is so fantastic that one will get over it. I plan to retire here. I was working for a good company, Transwest. So I knew if I was gonna make a move, it would have to be for an excellent one. I found it.
