My son 4 months and when he had his vaccination at 2months no one told me I'm responsible to book an appointment now that I am calling at 4 months they truly don't look like they care... making me wait over a month and a half

Waiting for my scheduled appointment. Almost 45 min, went to ask appointment desk how much longer, because I have another appointment at 3:30. She's chit chatting on the phone, doodling in her notepad, doesn't even acknowledge me just giggling away on the phone.

Missed my son's 4 months vaccine because he was sick. Now when I asked for new appointment they are giving it after 4 months which would mean my son would be 8 months old when he gets his 4 month vaccine. They don't make sense and don't even care. We are talking about 4 months old infant, not sure if it is health system as a whole which is going towards this \I don't care\ attitude or is it just this specific place.
