By far the best customer service I've ever received from a medical supply company. Lyne, in particular, is outstanding and is always going above and beyond for our clinic. Other companies may sell similar products but for my money you can't beat ClearPoint level of care and attention to detail. I would recommend them to any doctor's office looking to order medical supplies!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. TOTAL FRAUD. Paid for overnight shipping and 4 days later still have no product. USPS still says product has not even been shipped. Spoke with administrator Valerie and was assured product was on its way. 58.00 for overnight shipping and 3 days later still no product. USPS says product has not even been picked up from vendor. Absolutely horrible customer service for a medical device company. BUY ANYWHERE ELSE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.
