I have been going to this store for over 35 years, I go there first and then go somewhere else if I don't find it there... which is not very often... as they try to find something suitable usually... The staff is very knowledgeable and also quite helpful, they will go to great lengths to explain the various products you are interested in buying so that you can make a very well informed decision, the customer always comes first there... Kudos to everyone...
Friendly and quick service. Good prices. Nice to buy locally instead of from the big box store Best Buy.
They have a chronic out of stock problem. They had a sale on some mid-range TV models but didn't even have the stock. Several months ago, I had to settle for the demo audio CD player because, AGAIN, they had no stock! The management and purchasing staff need to be replaced or start keeping proper stock. This is a retail store and people have no patience for out of stock items!
