I have a 19 year old Jaguar 'S' type that developed a fault with the gearbox. Andy truly went above and beyond to sort out the problem for me. In trying to correct the issue he ordered a few new parts that may have been needed so that they were on hand and the car could be repaired in time for a trip away I was due to take. Andy could have fitted the new parts and charged me for them regardless of the fact that they weren't actually needed but after fitting them and discovering they didn't cure the problem he re-fitted the old parts saving me money. The problem was fixed well in time for my trip away and the final repair bill was actually less than I was anticipating. I have used Laceby Motors for a good number of years and I can honestly say that there isn't any other garage that I would use. They pick up and deliver my car free of charge making it to easy to get on with my day without the trouble of getting the car to the garage myself. I know the mechanics are well qualified and work on high end vehicles and, in my opinion they look after my car to the same standard. I have always found their customer service second to none and Kevin and his team always accommodating when, as in the example above, getting my car ready to a deadline when needed. I would highly recommend Laceby Motors as the garage to look after your pride and joy without a doubt.

Highly recommend this garage. They offer free collection and delivery and nothing is ever too much trouble, even when they are busy they always make time to help out. I’ve been stranded and they have helped get me mobile. They MOT and service both my cars and my sons and never once have let us down. Kev and his staff never fail to be friendly and helpful. I’d never use anyone else

Took our BMW for service and MOT and asked please could they find a knocking noise from the front suspension. Got the car back they hadn't bothered finding the knocking noise, said they couldn't find it. Just want easy jobs and charge loads for what they did, should of gone 1/2 mile down the road to BMW and got a better service.
Yet again great service from Kevin and his team. Vehicle collected and returned to home after completing the work. Full Covid safe precautions protecting customers and his staff. Well done to Laceby Motors.
