Adore this store. Great brands, very fashionable, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Upstairs is the clothing section, downstairs ski/snowboard items and rental. They are a bit pricier than other places but absolutely fair given they are right next to the slopes and service is great. If you are a returning customer, ask to become a member to get 10% discount for each CHF 1k you spend.

Rented skis and boots for my daughter with intention to buy as I discovered this as an option in other places. It was confirmed ! When we actually tried to buy the boots we were told otherwise. Manager offered us a 'deal' to buy the used boots at the new boot price! Lovely business. So beware of surprises.

We rented sleighs in this joint. Most importantly, the equipment was in really poor conditions one of the skis (runner) of the sleigh was falling off and we found some loose screws that we had to reattach on the move, so: careful with that! The employee that attended to us, was the most unprofessional guy I ever saw: talking back to us, claiming he did not have some equipment but giving it to the people behind us in line... I’d suggest, look for other reanalysed places in Laax, there are many!

Very good ski selection, my gf didn't like the boots after the first day of skiing - they exchanged them without any problems paying extra attention to the fit of the second pair. Reasonably short wait time.

we rented ski's and boots for my wife, since it was preseason and we came only for a few days , we asked for 3* skies , after measuring and fixing the skis the guys charged us for 5* skis and said that if we want 3 stars he needs to do it all over... it took nearly 40 minutes the first time (and we where the only customers) they also do not have depot service for boots - which is stupid the equipment was good but 350 SFr for 4 days skis is a ripoff when we returned the equipment we got partial refund with a promise that it will not happen again , the reason was due to a new employee which was not aware of the different pricing - I think that the owner should train his people better and not OJT (on job training ) on our expense. anyway I changed my review to 3 stars, still more expensive than others and no boots depot - it is ok.
