Very clean and stylish place in top condition. The only problem seems to be the other guests: the place is a convenient stay for construction workers from Eastern Europe. Vans and trailers hog up the parking space. A Polish BMW's burglar alarm went off every 10 minutes outside my window, so I didn't sleep much.

My pregnant wife (currently in her 38th week) and I reserved an apartment on Oct. 4 for two nights. However, in the morning on that day, when we were about to depart, my wife suddenly had an acute pain and I had to take her to the hospital and cancel the reservation. Since there was a link to request exemption of cancellation fee, I sent a message to them explaining the circumstance and promising my next visit. However, they just refused it stating that exemption of cancellation is not possible due to the regulations and they will charge me the full price. There was no additional feedback regarding my message. I can totally understand they cannot refund the full price, but it would have been better if they could refund only a part of it. Honestly, I wouldn't have posted a one-star review if they showed a single line of concerns regarding my wife. But they didn't, and I think it is inappropriate for someone doing an accommodation business. UPDATED: They finally sent me a message through Google Review maintenance system. I appreciate it. (2 Star, possibly be more after my future visit): Dear sir Haebom Lee, thank you very much for your feedback. We hope you did can understand did we process all cancellation requests automatically. Too bad you did not call us Directly by phone. We would have liked to create a credit note for you. We would appreciate it if you would fill in the justification of your evaluation completely. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will offer you a 20% discount for your next stay. Yours sincerely

Für die Durchreise eine gute Unterbringung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Großes und sauberes sowie ordentlich ausgestattetes Appartement für 4 Personen für gut 80 Euro. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Diese Apartments sind sehr zu empfehlen, sie sind schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. beim Einloggen war mir das Personal sehr hilfreich (per Telefon) und auch sehr freundlich . Es hat alles optimal funktioniert Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder mal dort buchen Vielen Dank an das freundliche Personal Deshalb: volle Punktzahl :-)

Die Anreise ist jederzeit möglich, dank der Online-Rezeption. Die Wohneinheit ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
