my description of the food is: crazy good italian dished. the octopus was grilled and extremely tender served with some chilly oil. the entire atmosphere is in par with the best trattorias in Italy. for a moment I actually forgot I was in France. they have several dishes from different regions in Italy. at the end they gave us limoncello on the house. I whole heartedly recommend this place.

Best dinner I have ever had in Antibes/southern France!! This place was recommended to us by a local, who said that it was great food at a decent price and he was right!! We arrived quite early (19:10 ish) so we were the only once there, the waiter welcomed us, very chilled guy, but on it from the second we sat down, and was very fair with his wine suggestions, tried to sell us based on taste instead of selling us the most expensive bottle. The menu is quite small (appx 10 dishes covering both starters and mains) of which 3 were daily specials. We started off by ordering two starters to share, of some dried ham (not the traditional Parma ham) and tomatoes with mozzarella, while we were eating we could hear the chef cooking our mains in the background, while singing a few French songs. The mains arrived and they were amazing, perfectly cooked and so tasteful. By now I'm assuming you are getting the picture, the food is amazing, atmosphere great and price very decent. If you are in the area, you have to visit this place! Thanks

Scam, they are not Italian. First, there are spelling mistakes in the menu, but I can understand this from an Italian guy. Second, they use cheap ingredients, I noted this with the mozzarella Santa Lucia they used. Also they adopt the strategy of covering the food with salt/pesto/balsamic vinegar to hide tasteless raw materials. Don't go there if you are looking for real Italian food.
Superb food and excellent , friendly service! Both wine selection and food menu very good! Highly recommend especially families!
Cosy place and helpful staff, chef il also quite friendly. However 3 main issues ruin the experience. First is that no printed menus are available, as such reading the menu board behind you can be frustrating. Second is the time waiting time to receive your order (around 30mn for tortellinis). Third I the size of the served portions which are incredibly small, had to get a sandwich afterwards to calm my hunger.
