Gorgeous space, impeccable service (special care was taken concerning gluten free options). Huge wine list with knowledgeable service. A bit expensive but well worth it.

I like to eat in this restaurant every time I stay at the Abbaye. My group met in the Bar/Salon which is charming. It was Friday, the day was chilly, the big stone fireplace was lit and their was an air of elegance and expectation to the evening. This was a perfect beginning to a lovely night. After a few drinks, we walked to our table for dinner. The room was beautiful with the stone arched ceilings and white tablecloths. The decor is classic, not modern at all. I don't think they have changed in 50 years. This is okay, actually refreshing. The dinner was delicious and creative in taste and preparation. Unfortunately the staff consisted of kids in training. Eager as they were to please, they were sweating and nervous. It was comical and interesting to watch. For the elegance and price of the meal, you would think they would have used experienced waiters. I am all for training young people but they should have had a main waiter overseeing their performance. Be prepared that the meal takes up to 3 hours to complete. By the end I was tempted to crawl on the dinner table to sleep. This is probably due to my age and the fact that I am not French.
Loved it! Good food, yet, rather high prices which seems OK for the area though.
Le lieu est véritablement sublime : l'extérieur de l'abbaye, l’atmosphère, les jardins, tout était parfait... Les plans ont été raisonnablement bons, voire très bons. J'ai un petit peu regretté la froideur, sinon la condescendance du maître d'hôtel / responsable de la salle… Les autres personnes étaient plutôt agréables.
Expérience agréable à la Table du Prieur des Vaux-de-Cernay. Néanmoins, j'y étais allé il y a 8 ans et la qualité a diminué. Les plats sont bons et beaux mais manquent d'originalité et de créativité. Les quantités vraiment petites. Avant les assiettes étaient plus soignés et le service sois cloche. La mignardise, une simple pâte de fruit, bien trop simple. Au final, mauvais rapport qualité-prix. À noter, une erreur de service, nos plats nous ont été apportés deux fois, ce qui a causé une très longue attente, arrivés les premiers, nous sommes repartis les derniers. Enfin, Chèques Vacances ANCV non acceptés car ils en avaient reçu trop aujourd'hui, c'est moyen ... :-/
Un beau restaurant gastronomique dans un lieu vraiment magique, à l intérieur comme à l'extérieur Plats bien présentés et personnel professionnel. Je n'ai toutefois pas tellement aimé la cuisine, j 'y ai trouvé trop de mélanges, à mon goût pas forcément tous compatibles et certains mets m'ont écœurée. Je préférais le style culinaire précédent
Très bon restaurant !! Cadre et service impeccable Prix un poil élevé mais cela reste correct !! Plateau de fromages magnifiques !!! Je recommande
Très mauvais rapport qualité prix Le cadre est super. Par contre la gastronomie est à revoir. Beaucoup d'attente entre les plats. C'est extrêmement limite tant au niveau gustatif, des saveurs que de la quantité. Demander la carte à l'apéritif, sinon vous risquez une très mauvaise surprise, 32 les 2 coupes de champagne, soit 16 la coupe pour un menu à 65 ⁉️⁉️⁉️ Nous n'y retournerons pas. A déconseiller
