A real and secure Limousin beef place. Beef prepared on open fire. Quality meet with strong smoke flavour. Beef lovers place. It won’t let you down.
Restaurant very open, bright and unique in a wonderful setting, with friendly service and staff. We had the \Basse Côte de Boeuf\ for 2 people (900g), very generous portion, and I can say that all the food was perfect, including the cooking of our meat. HOWEVER, the necessary butcher skills were completely missing! Our meat, though tasty and juicy, was a bad cut from the start; it had nerves and hard fibers in the middle of most of the pieces, which made them difficult to cut and chew. What a shame! My conclusion: good food, good products, the flavor was present, but very disappointed by the cut and selection of meat. For a restaurant specialized in grilled beef, at this price, we expect from the chef perfect selection of tender cuts of meat.
