This was the best meal I’ve had in this great city!!! The chef truly cared about your dining experience and was attentive during the meal ensuring you enjoyed it. The duck confit is on my top 5 list of best foods ever!!! Stop by his red restaurant door and look over his menu, then make reservations. I also had great wine and heavenly chocolate mousse.

Well, I just realised that I never put a review on Google for La Table de Thierry. We visited in August and had a wonderful evening. Thierry is the consummate host and provides superb dishes based on classic French cuisine. We liked it so much we went two nights running. Just go, you won't be disappointed but it is recommended to book in advance.

Absolutely the best restaurant in this town. WHAT A GREAT PLACE! The food was immensely flavorful! The owner/host is an awesome person. When we travel for business, we always visit Thierry!

A great casual place. The owner is doing everything himself, so the place offers limited seating. The wines are well selected by Thierry, who will make suggestions and let you try before you select. They are all at the same price, very reasonable. The food is classic French bistro with a \plus\, like adding a few slices of truffle on the Oeufs Meurette. I visit it each time I go to Clermont Ferrand.

I don't know what that Dean character was talking about, this restaurant was the absolute best restaurant in Clermont. I would eat there every day if I could!
