Excellent surprise in the surroundings of Lyon! We happened to have 30% off the menu so we could pretty much be free of choice. All starters and dishes were purely awesome, and it doesn't happen that often to take another dessert! Very pleasant service, reasonnable price, good choice of wine... I can only recommend!!

We had a wonderful dinner at La Table de Maxime! We booked our table through The Fork which was very easy. When we arrived they had just opened which gave us the opportunity to pick whatever table we liked on the terrace. Our waitress only spoke French which made things a little tricky since my French is mostly limited to pleasantries and some questions. Our waitress noticed this and invited Chef to come and chat with us. Chef Maxime came out and explained his menu and left us to make our decisions. Our dinner was simple and delicious. We had a lovely evening and it was thanks to Maxime and his staff.
