Would like to give 4.5! lovely food, lovely staff
I've been here twice in two years. The staff has always been incredibly nice. Best to call or come by to put in a reservation as they will turn people away when they are full and do not have a table free. Their moules a la normande has been a treat each time I've gotten them. Others in my circle have gotten a few other dishes that have all been great.
Six disappointed people. Chewy beef. Double fried fries. Tasteless vegetables cooked to death. Overstrained staff. Table water after requesting it. Digestive that tastes like an alko-pop for teenagers.
Lovely hospitality and very friendly family run restaurant right on the harbour front. I had monk fish on a butter sauce. Beautifully cooked. Just shame about the broccoli that looked as though it had been cooked for hours! Otherwise good value for money.
