The canal view terrace, the Mediterranean atmosphere, freshnees and quality of products. On top of that, the chef's original touch, who revisted some typical dishes and gave them a Sétois touch. What else to ask for..

Went twice during our holiday in Sète last year and plan to go again this year. The tuna belly was a bit too rich/fatty for me but otherwise all the food was exceptional and the service was excellent

Had an excellent lunch of assorted seafood and some local wine, while sitting under grape vines. Smaller place with space between the tables.
