It is quite a nice place, never too full or too loud, and the service is consistently great! I love their cocktail list, quite a few choices and they adjust for sweetness upon request. Had a delicious beef tongue as the main dish, juicy and tender that came with an equally tasty potato & leek puree. Also shared the pork croquettes, quite flavourful! It specializes in chilean cuisine, especially pork, but it has vegetarian dishes too.

Traditional Chilean food done with care and attention. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and they have a good range of basic and house cocktails. For me, they lose a star because of their limited and boring wine list, but if you are after a better range of choice then Baco is just next door.
A rating. Carolina the owner personally introduced herself to us and treated us like family. The food is spectacular with a mix of old Chilean cuisine enhanced with a romantic new age style. Highly recommend by my standards which is very high. I have lived here in Chile for 6 years and visit many restaurants and have a taste for the perfect cuisine. I want to feel wowed and La Salvation did it. Thank you Carolina for accommodating us.
This place serves up delicious and interesting dishes, and you can tell the chef had fun creating the menu. It makes for a really enjoyable meal. I would definitely recommend.
It is a fantastic place. Each course is a true artistic creation. Try the ox tail or the tongue. The best that we have ever tasted. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Will certainly return. Don't miss out this unique opportunity. Great value for money.

Chilean food from the old days, which today is not easy to find outside mercados or ferias. It might not be for everyone but it's a good adventure for those who want to try something different. A bit on the pricey side.
