The food was good and decently priced, the waiters were lovely and the manager even gifted us some local sweets that had been homemade by one of her friends. Nicely decorated for Christmas and cosy set up between the two bridges on the island from which the castle is very visible.

Great little French restaurant, traditional high quality food. When we visited the outside temperature was 34C and all the fans were on, it was cozy, but the meal more than compensated for the weather!

We were having trouble getting into the restaurants right by the castle so we went here instead and boy were we glad we did! The food, wine and staff were exceptional and it wasn't overpriced like the other restaurants. This was back in June and has remained one of the highlights of our trip.
