Wonderful food and decor. The set menu I ordered was 4 courses so I expected small portions. The portions were not small, but they were so tasty I still finished my food. After rolling out of my chair I had a bit of a wander around the place and had a look at all the lovely alpine furniture and decorations. The venison I ate was extremely tender and the creme brulee was one of the smoothest I have ever eaten. The woman (maybe the owner?) I spoke to about the food was proud of everything being made on site, and so she should have been.
Fantastic French and Italian food, fantastic service. We ended up eating here after other resturantes were fully booked but we are so glad we did. We knew very little French but the waitress was very patient and helpful. Despite this she carried on talking in French and helped us along with words which we really liked! Would recommend to any one looking for a relaxed atmosphere but some seriously good food!
Regional food (Savoyarde) is good. Service was friendly and quick. Limited choice on the menu.
