Oh the lightly battered fried poached egg appetizer on their daily menu was to die for. Best appetizer ever. Sauce had broken peanuts. Awesome combination of soft and crunchy. Great job, chef. The lamb was very chewy and a bit rare even though menu said it was slow cooked. Pork belly dish was great too, just right. Loved that peanut caramel crunchy sheet on the dessert. Food garnishing was at fine dining level. Overall, supper super good, just the lamb was a bit disappointing. Would definitely go back if in this area again. Oh, lighting should be a bit dimmer for fine dining setting like this.

When in Perpignan this is one restaurant everyone must try. It's a gastronomic restaurant so it is a little pricey. But it is an experience and the food is top dollar. Service is fantastic and the ambience is beautiful - great for a romantic night out.
Excellent food served on very stylish hipster plates. A fun assortment of edible flowers and leaves. However, one main dish did need a bit more salt (fortunately it came quite quickly in a stylish little bowl with a trendy spoon, rather than a bog standard salt mill). Perhaps the only real let down is that wine can only be had by the glass or bottle, no carafes. Reasonably priced for such excellent food and service, go there.
