What a truly wonderful dining experience this was! My Mother and I decided that we should have a little treat for my 30th Birthday and I had my eye on this place for quite some time. It is a cozy place filled with lots of pretty little details and an open plan kitchen run by a small, yet dedicated and professional team. We started with some local craft beers that were exactly what I was after and as a non French speaker, Mike (the co-owner and server) was very kind and offered detailed and passionate explanations as to what was on offer. We opted for 3 courses in the end and began with a very tasty Ox tongue salad and a Trout egg and Spinach emulsion that was both creative and tasty, with flavors obviously carefully considered. For our Entrees I had Veal with a coffee risotto and my mother had a white Stone fish that was delicate and perfectly cooked. I had my doubts about coffee and risotto and my curiosity was piqued, but it was absolutely fantastic! Finally, to finish, we shared probably the best dessert I have ever had - a deconstructed Chocolate Mousse of sorts. I asked Mike if he had a dessert wine he could pair with it and he listed 3, suggesting a rare Port (of the otting on the vine\ variety - quite sweet) and it was absolutely the right thing to pair with the rich chocolate of the dessert. Both my Mom and I were very impressed with every part of the meal and service and will absolutely be returning again. Bravo Mike, his lovely French partner and the rest of the team! Perfect for that special date or intimate celebration!

Après avoir réservé notre table quelques jours à l’avance, toute l’équipe nous attendait et nous avait réservé une table en terrasse parfaitement placé pour intégrer la poussette de notre petit garçon (Demande faite lors de notre resa!). Dans l assiette rien à redire, des entrées, plats et desserts créatifs, copieux et délicieux! Une carte des vins généreuse. Enfin toute l’équipe du restaurant est pro, au petit soin et d’une gentillesse infinie! Bravo et merci pour ce beau moment. Petit plus, bière sans alcool pour les femmes enceintes!
On y a manger entre copains pour fêter 2 anniversaires et sincèrement moi qui suis très critique de par ma formation professionnelle en cuisine et passionné par tout ce qui peut se déguster , rien a redire !! Vraiment très chouette une adresse qu'on garde sous le coude et évidemment des super produits et boissons .
Cadre accueillant. Belle carte centrée sur quelques plats maîtrisés. Service pro. Mention pour la carte des vins, sa construction, et le conseil du sommelier en salle.
Excellent établissement, avec des plats soignés et une carte des vins de passionné. Jamais je n'aurais pensé pouvoir un jour ouvrir une bouteille de la Grange des pères dans un restaurant. A visiter !
