Check in receiving. They will call you. You can't wait in parking lot. Valero truck stop next door. Back in to assigned door. Someone will go and check your seal in about 20min or so. Break the seal, back into the door, shock your wheel. They will disconnect your air hose and lock it. After they unload you, they will bring your bills, remove wheel shock, reconnect your air hose and turn your reefer off. I was there 2hrs for the whole process.

Checked in at 13:45 for a 14:00 appointment. It's now 18:24 and I'm still here with no freight in my trailer as of yet. Everyone who was here has left and drivers that came after me are loaded/unloaded and gone Update: loaded at 20:30 finally. Was told that 1st shift forgot to load me, so 2nd shift had to pull the product and load me.

Very good place to work. Safety first. Good people. Nice work environment. Heavy duty workers.

18:00 appointment. Takes forever to get unloaded. Only unload 2 trucks at a time . Day shift is much better. Night shift takes their sweet time. Supposed to be first come first serve. They unload whoever they want when they want no matter what place your in !!!!!!!!!
