I have been in San Antonio since I was born and Mexican food is an everyday thing. THIS IS THE BEST MEXICAN BREAKFAST IN THE CITY! BEST HOMEMADE TORTILLAS ALSO! Dont miss this!

Have been here a few times over the years they've been open. The reason I'm not a regular is because of the service. Each time I've gone I'm waiting for my refill of coffee or tea and my check as well. I can depend on that being the case each time. Rather annoying. On the overall the food is fresh and tasty enough. Also good pricing on most items. Another one of these places with a weird red salsa. I don't know what it is about so many Mexican restaurants in San Antonio but red salsa should let the tomato speak for itself with its acidic flavor shining through without being muddled with other things other than pepper, salt or maybe garlic or cilantro. Doing so otherwise is beyond my understanding. There's also an additive to thicken it in some way to where it's almost like a syrup rather than a salsa. And yet another restaurant where you do not have the luxury of figuring out your bill because wait staff can't do addition or don't have a machine that prints out your bill. Also extremely annoying. That's why I only check on this place every 6 to 9 months or so to see if anything's changed but unfortunately it hasn't.

Greetings friends we stopped by after noticing that the restaurant we wanted to eat was packed so we turned around and stopped, highly recommended this establishment everything we've ordered has been to our satisfaction, homemade flour and corn tortillas thin, soft and well cooked, lunch and breakfast specials available, ordered huevos rancheros and waiter told me that I could order the potatoes mixed with chorizo which I did, not like many other restaurants that you get BIG dice potatoes with no flavor, clean restrooms, restaurant and friendly employees, hope you give this restaurant a try.

I come here all the time. Good food. Great waitresses. Love it.. My son left a toy here one day and three days later they gave it to me.
