Any time I have experienced disappointing food or service I have never written a bad review but the service and food received from la pizzeria was shocking - Ordered a meal deal and a medium pizza to be delivered. The girl on the phoned explained paying extra for a meat topping and a sauce, no problem with this at all. I asked price to be told 28.25 including delivery, again no problem. Pizza arrived and delivery driver said that's 30 including delivery. As he drove off my husband said theres only one pizza (which was cold as was the chicken and chips with the deal) I phoned thinking the delivery driver would still have it in his car and we could reheat ourselves and not complain but no the girl left the pizza off the order completely, she argued she had repeated the order back which she certainly without doubt did not. I don't care that it wasnt repeated, I care that my order was wrong, cold, over priced and the driver kept our money dishonestly. They offered to send the pizza but to wait half an hour for it and they would cover delivery charge - we declined. We had just paid 8.25 for delivery and the driver just obviously added on a tip for himself. Quite funny if we weren't hungry. Such a shame we won't order from here again as I think the pizza would have been nice hot! Shocking service.

The pizzas were delicious especially the ham calzone. My only criticism is the staff could be a lot more friendly.
Mainly a take away, but also has some tables for eating in. We ate in, was clean and quiet. Great food - calzone was massive and delicious.
Best pizza shop around, I ordered a calzone which was delicious and big :)
