Awful experience! I was really excited about this new place, especially as I am vegan and they had a vegan menu. I ordered the vegan aubergine tacos and found lumps of beef within them! When this happened I DM'd them on Instagram and they ignored my message, and clearly they'd read them, as there were seen receipts When I rang them up, the staff did apologise and give me a refund however they argued it was because they were busy. This excuse is not good enough. When it comes to dietary preferences and allergies etc it is paramount you get what you order. I wouldn't trust La Neta if you have an allergy or dietary preference and certainly don't rate their customer service. I'm super disappointed as I wanted to love this place and it has massively let me down
Ordered via Uber Eats but the food never arrived. When I tried to contact the driver, it went straight to voicemail and no contact number listed for the restaurant.
