Ordered food at 6:15pm stating an hour delivery. I thought it would be busy but when by 19:42 and I hadn’t had any contact I called the restaurant. Was told it would be another 30 minutes meaning two hours from when I ordered. The “gentleman” on the other end of the phone told me if I wanted fast food to go to McDonalds, no apology just rudeness. Shame as I’ve had food from here before and it’s always been lovely. Won’t be returning.

Excellent delicious food. Mixed grill was great. The calzone was so tasty and huge. Great ambience and customer service!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Abuse on the phone from a guy called rukki ordered at 7 pm didn't turn up till 09.20 pm had to send back as it was called and got told to go to McDonald's instead
I been there once and loved their foods. Because of lock down they've got only delivery or takeout. We ordered online and got our food delivered and this is great
