Delicious food in a lovely courtyard. The server was very attentive and, although she was quite busy, always in a good mood and making sure that we felt at home. We ordered two cocktails, two glasses of wine, two main dishes and two desserts for a total of 82, which is a fair price. I would totally recommend this place and will probably be back soon!

I was on a business trip for the weekend in Nice, and after a busy day of work then window shopping in the 'Vieux Nice ', my colleague and I decided to treat ourselves to a local nice restaurant away from tourist traps. This is when we spotted 'La Maison de Marie', nestled down a charming alley. Although waiters were busying around, we were served fairly quickly. I had courgettes' leaves stuffed with goat cheese, which seemed to delicately thaw on my taste buds. The duck magret was tender and the vegetables it was served with were nearly superfluous, as it laid upon a layer of vegetables of its own. Their wine and dessert selection is fairly good. I would definitely recommend it for a nice evening out after a busy day of work or sightseeing.
