The best food in Quillan. Portions can be a bit on the large size but you can always share. The Salade Italian is my favourite along with the Noix de St Jacques. Enjoy!

Great food, relaxed atmosphere worth a visit if your in Quillan.
Really nice little restaurant on a quiet street. Simple but good food with a lunch menu at 17.90 & more expensive ones available. Friendly sorry, kids menu. Need to book in high season.
Charming service here in this excellent restaurant but it is very expensive. Our steaks were excellent albeit one of them was a little thin but the final bill of 99 for two did strike us as quite a lot for what was a fairly simple meal. Just 4/5 as from the many excellent reviews we expected a little better.
Great meal with great service.
The place had ambience, the food and service was so French. The waiters were funny and excellent. The meal was well presented and cooked. The prices were reasonable. A memorable evening, easy free parking, lovely area, very busy, best to book.
Another disaster. We travelled for 30 minutes to eat here only to find it closed for annual holiday with no notice on TA where it is clearly advertised as being open. We don't speak very good French so I dislke telephoning. This is the second restaurant in this are to do axactly the same thing. When will restaurants learn that they have a duty to their clients to advertise opening hours properly? Absolutely dreadful service.
Lovely food and a great host. Excellent restaurant.
