We had the most amazing tajine and oriental food. It was an explosion of taste, really amazing. I travel back the 1200km with pleasure to enjoy the food. Thank you Gilles.

Has any one tried the burger at La Feux restaurant at La Garde Freinet in Provence, its a first time I have ever tasted a burger served in that form and that concept absolutely amazing, I've never tasted anything like it , Gilles Uzan you nailed it .
This place is just amazing. The food is absolutely delicuous and has a degree of excellence to it, that I have rarely seen before (more Gault-Millau awards than you can count and rightfully so). However, what makes this a truely unique experience is the owner - he must be the nicest and most welcoming guy walking on earth. You can simply feel the passion for his profession. Would take the 10 hour drive just to eat here again. Absolutely loved it.
Delicious Moroccan food. The best service. Friendliest atmosphere. Found this place by chance. Will come back whenever I can.

Deserves at least 7 stars. The souris d'agneau was just out of this world. The host Gilles is the kindest I've ever met and I already long to go back.

Absolutely amazing Tajine in a quaint village above St. Tropez.plan to wait a bit. The owner Tina the place and the Tajine will probably take more the. 30 minutes. It’s worth the wait if you are patient.
