Very nice food, quick and friendly service. The black pudding and quails eggs were gorgeous all washed down with their own beers. All in all recommended and we'll be going back when lockdown ends (again).

Great food and service in an interesting location.
Food nice but and a big but was the waiter's attitude when we didn't leave a big tip. Face like a smacked backside. I work in retail on minimum wage, my husband's a builder, and the 6 of us spent 256 today on a meal. My red wine had about 8 tiny flies in the glass. DON'T EXPECT A HUGE TIP ON EVERY SERVICE. None of us who ate there today are tipped on our jobs. While we still give 100% service with no expectation of a tip..
I downgrade my rating. Staff and atmosphere is absolutely brilliant but food is quite disappointing. That menu and price would never be accepted in Spain (I am from Spain). It is designed to get money from over posh Britons. Go for a pint and small bits.
Exceptional place to eat. Perfect for GF! Definitely my favourite restaurant in harrogate.
