After stumbling across La Fabrique for the first time early in our trip we were hooked. Best coffees for miles up the coast and hands down the best croissants we have ever had...fact! Brilliant friendly staff, who always had a smile. One day we went for breakfast and ended up staying til lunch....the baguettes and pizza are amazing too! Will be the first place we go for croissants and coffee when we're in the area next year

Bio-Pizza, but to be honest: It does not taste very good or how you would expect a pizza should taste like. The Bakery itself is very good but the service is a little bit slow.

Even with a booked table no priority for your order, which is why you need to wait in line with all the Walk-in customers. Waiting time for Pizza 1 hour is horrendous and the atmosphere is none that I would book a table for after all.
La Fabrique is a little gem in Hourtin-Plage. The food is incredibly fresh and tasty, perfect coffee, delicious pastries. The staff is friendly and obliging and the owners hardworking, kind and welcoming. We definitely recommend!
