A friend and I dined outside for lunch on December 30, 2020. It was 30 degrees outside and I can’t even tell you how comfortable we were. We dressed appropriately, kept our hats on but unzipped our coats and were not cold. The heaters are efficient, the servers are attentive and the food was delicious. The outdoor space here is really comfortable and spaced appropriately. Dine out. Support local business. Winter is going to be tough but New York or nowhere

Could not have been happier. Our first visit was last night and we tried as much as possible in one seating and it was all excellent in that fresh way lovingly prepared food has. Vibrant, with a beautifully thought out menu. Fabulous signage (best use of Typography of Coop I've seen in a long time) sets off the cool interior vibe. Staff absolutely charming and perfect. Priced sensibly. So impressed. Great job, you guys!
It was a cold day but they had heaters in their outside space. I've been to the location in Williamsburg before it closed and didn't have a good experience there. However, this one has changed my mind. The food was good, service was good and margaritas were much needed!
We were here for dinner - outdoor seating. The hostess was perfection!!! So engaging, helpful, kind and very informative. She made us feel welcome, though they were so heavily booked and full at dinner time. I would definitely go back. The waiter had a great sense of humor and was quick in bringing our food to the table. Food was good, just the right portion and great prices to be on the UES!!
La Esquina is an awesome little no-frills taco shop on a quiet Upper East Side corner. The tacos are simple and delicious, the guacamole is fresh, and you can grab a beer or a margarita and sit outside during the summer. What more do you want from life?
