This animal rescue is truly a great place because they focus on more than sheltering; they provide medical assistance to animals in need. I have not adopted from here (yet), but I would volunteer regularly (before covid), and my boyfriend fostered some cats. The people here have been wonderful with me and patient, and they always bend over backwards to make appointments work. It is a place that genuinely loves animals, and seeks out the best home for them.

We adopted Snowflake about a month ago. She is 5 and a half years old, absolutely a sweetheart, and our 13 year old tabby, Gracie, is warming up to her. Everyone who works at this shelter is beyond nice/helpful and the animals are their number one priority, which is how it should be. I think it’s awesome that they try to get their dogs to foster homes to provide them with the best environment. Overall it is a wonderful place to find your next best friend!
