Pretty good catfish tacos appetizer. Skip the 14 guacamole and just have the chips and salsa . Drinks weren't very big but staff is really nice and can substitute tequila for mezcal if you ask . Enchiladas weren't very hot and seemed like they didn't spend any time in the oven . Not what I was expecting . I'd order something other than the enchiladas. Outdoor setup is cute with heaters.

Amazing margaritas and nachos on a night out with friends. They have individual heated structures for sidewalk dining which can be opened for more air circulation.

This place never disappoints. Through the pandemic it has made several changes just like many restaurants in NYC but something that never changed was it's hospitality and amazing food. I lived in Mexico for several years and the food brings me back to those times. If you want a wonderful and authentic Mexican Restaurant, look no more. Fyi go to their happy hour and try their cocktails. They do both indoor/outdoor seating.

Me and wife just had dinner here this evening and had a great time! Our first real time back out in 2020. They took all the standard precautions. Masks until you sat down, all surfaces are cleaned between sittings, all servers where a mask, etc. They even cover your food and drinks until it is brought to your table! The outdoor seating is a bit crowded, but there are barriers up between each table. They got us drinks while we waited to be seated as well, a nice touch. Now, for the food! We both got guava/tequila drinks, and we split carne asada tacos. The drinks were great, not too strong. The tacos were really well portioned, with A LOT of steak. And it was delicious! The steak had a nice char, plenty of flavor, and went well with the guac. We also got shrimp enchiladas and Hangar Steak with chimmichurri. Everything was well done, and well portioned. All in all, it was great! Its a bit pricy, but well worth it!
