En la Churrería de Xalapa cené unas tostada con pollo y, de postre, unos churros con chocolate. Las tostadas con pollo son unas tortillas de maíz fritas y rellenas con frijol negro sobre las que se coloca pollo en salsa blanca. ¡Una delicia! El lugar es, claramente, un referente a los locales tradicionales en Xalapa. Tiene unas instalaciones muy bonitas y un personas muy atento en el servicio. A la entrada, encontrarás una cocina a la vista y, al fondo, las mesas. No es positivo que los servicios de aseos no sean ventilados al igual que el pasillo de acceso.
